Welcome to Michael Schoelen's Photography site.  Currently in the Santa Clarita area I will go just about anywhere to take a picture.  My favorite items to photograph would have to be sporting events.  I have grown closer to this fast-paced world over the past few years.  I will take pictures of just about anything, but I am a little to anxious to wait for that one shot of an endagered animal, or a sitting landscape.

I have been fortunate enough to have the last few years to learn a few things about photography on my own, and through various forums, forum members, websites, books, and magazines.  I have now decided to take my photography to the next level and attend college adding photography classes to my schedule.  As everyone has done for me, I am always willing to give out my tips and techniques so if you have any questions, please ask.
